Absolutely! Please submit a booking request through our New Request Form for your requested stay first. We will reach out to the phone number provided. Feel free to request a meet and greet if we don't mention it first. We love getting to know our visiting dogs a little! Meet and greets help ensure your dog and our family are a great fit for each other for a safe, playful stay!
No Fees! Advertised pricing includes tax and fees. We don't like to tack on fees right before payment like the dog care apps but still offer a very similar experience and coverage. Why not book with us?!
We are proud to say that in our over 8 years in the dog care business, we've only needed to visit a vet a few times. Accidents can happen and that's why we carry pet insurance to help with any incidents and we also offer vet bill reimbursement after a deductible. Most issues we can handle ourselves, but if your dog were to need care, you'd be the first to know and we'd ensure your pet is well taken care of just like our own.
Typically we are accepting bookings up to 3 months in advance but our availability calendar may be updated beyond that. We recommend at least a month in advance but we do accept bookings up to a day in advance. Daycare can be booked same-day if the need should arise.
Our cancellation policy is found on the Services and Rates page. As a small family-run business we do understand that changes in schedules can happen so we try to be accommodating but know that depending on timing, there may be a fee. We hold a limited amount of spaces for our guest dogs so please let us know as soon as possible if you're needing to cancel your confirmed booking. Refunds may take several business days are are subject to Paypal or Venmo fees depending on payment method.
